Being first home buyers and looking for a home for almost 6 months it was a very stressful time for us as we didn’t understand the whole process. We were just about to give up. I purchased my townhouse through Brad and was very pleased with his friendliness, ongoing and open communication, and promptness when replying to any questions. We First met Brad when my fiancé and I were looking to upsize. We were seeing his face around the area a lot. We got to chatting and from there every time we saw Brad it was welcoming, like seeing a mate, could have a chat and we felt at ease around him. We stopped looking at open homes for a while and when we started looking again, he remembered not only who I was, but my fiancé and my two girls names. He remembered I had had knee surgery and was empathetic to my recovery. The fact that he was willing to show he cared about us and we weren’t just a number, really was heart warming. We tried to sell 12 months prior to our sale with another family friend. Unfortunately it wasn’t the right time to sell at that point. We ummed and ahhhhed and decided to put it back on the market with someone we had built a rapport with over the years. We couldn’t look past Brad and the team at First National North Western. Their knowledge of the area was amazing, their client base was incredible. The whole time over the last 2 and a half years of knowing Brad, he has never pushy, has never tried to sell himself to us, has never been hassling towards us.
