Prior to signing the sales contract with Brad I checked out a couple of other Real Estate Agents and found him to be a 'straight shooter' when it came to assessment of my property and actually selling it. Who says you cant sell a property over the Christmas and New Year break - just ask Brad because he will tell you right. Our property hit the market 24 December got sold on 20 January and for the right price. Brad was excellent throughout the process, kept us well informed and got the deal done.
