It is incredibly ungainly and complex making it so very easy for mistakes to be made and balls to get dropped. As you know I was buying another property and it fell over right on exchange due to the body corporate (after 4 weeks of consideration) not approving my dog - all because that agent did nothing to explain to either the body corporate, or the strata manager, the legislation.
