My house was challenging as I had a tenant in who frankly caused a lot of problems once I told them I was selling. The rental was not managed by Brad, but I chose to look for another agent and got Brad. When they finally left and the left the house and front lawn with garbage, bags of rubbish in a completely unacceptable state. Brad organised and sorted every issue to get the house up to scratch for sale. I live in a different state so couldn't be there. Couldn't be happier and so is my wife and this from a bloke that doesn't like writing reviews. Or normally doesn't unless exceptional. He made my life easier during the process, so I have no problem thanking him for that. That's just my experience with Brad, but it's what I honestly believe. Any problem he was there for us. Much appreciated. And living in another state I've never met him, but I think he's a good bloke just with the dealings I had with him on the sale and everything he organised to make the sale go through. I probably won't own another house in Queanbeyan/Crestwood but if I ever do and I want to sell it. I have his number. I'll honestly say I was not expecting that from a real estate agent.
We purchased our new home through Ray White Brad O'Mara. Right from our first contact with Brad we could tell he was a person of integrity and honesty.
