Brad had dealt with myself and partner for quite some time looking at places. We were lucky enough to pick up the perfect home from Brad and Nick. Brad was quite good in giving updates and ensuring we were given all the details. He was also quite helpful when completing our pre settlement inspection. Helped us make sure everything was in working order and little hidden features which were easily missed prior. Was a pleasure dealing with Brad.
