Difficult sale with a fair result.
With some body corporate issues, this was a hard sale for the agent to handle. With unknown future strata costs due to fire cladding, Brad and his team were always pushing the sale. In the end we had an offer that was low but with the expecting future works and costs, it was fair which I decided to proceed with. Brad did push and get more for me without some charges malking it a better result. Thanks Brad and Aisha for the work to get this sold.
