Brilliant real estate agent who I would recommend to any friends or family.

Brad was absolutely brilliant. As the buyer I felt that he was fair to me whilst also being fair to the seller. He gave us both what we wanted which is rare for a real estate agent. I've dealt with agents in the past who made me feel that I was trapped by the contract I agreed to. Brad was honest and transparent and even though I was the buyer and not in a contractual arrangement with him, he wasn't sleezy or made me feel that he was pushing me into something I didnt want to agree to. When I wasnt sure if I should make another offer, he gave me options and made me feel that if i couldnt afford it I was able to back out without penalty. He was great to deal with throughout the whole process from offer to exchange to settlement, especially since I didnt understand alot of the process. He was very honest and transparent and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I would have no trouble recommending Brad to any friends or family who wanted an honest and reliable real estate agent.
