Brad was great help throughout the purchase process. I did visit site 3 times before taking the decision to put an offer. Brad was prompt in arranging the visits everytime. Even during the offer negotiation we had couple of counter offers from sellers and Brad tried to help reach acceptable offer from both sellers and buyers perspective. Brad has a good understanding of the market and is excellent support throughout the selling or buying process.
