brad originally cold called us about selling , we thought a brief meeting would do no harm and would see where the market was at the moment. it turned out to be a great experience as we had not sold a property for 12 years times had changed. brad spent time to bring us up to speed on the current market and up to date marketing programmes he asked if we were to sell what price range we would expect to achieve etc . it was a an informative meeting . after taking only a matter of days we decided to get brad back and list for sale. he organised for other members of the impact team to inspect the property as well this gave us great confidence we had made the right decision. brad ran the campaign without bothering us about any negative comments etc . he negotiated offers. within a week of the first open . and we sold for over our original asking price. all in all it has been a great experience and thank brad and the impact team . we can highly recommend them . d&c watson
