i found Brad to be easy to deal with. His knowledge of the area was pretty much spot on. We interviewed 2 other agents before listing with Brad but did not feel comfortable with their attitude. Selling a house is a major event in your life and Brad made it easy and he did not over promise. He even showed up after being car jacked!
