Brad was the first agent we met with. He immediately made us feel at ease with his easy going nature and calm demeanour. Brad didn't try to give us a "sales pitch". In fact, when we first met him we said we weren't quite ready to put the house on the market and he was very accommodating and pencilled in a review date with us. Brad explained everything in detail and helped us understand some of the market concepts such as how to tailor the correct asking price and gave us options for both private sale and auction. Due to timing Brad had a family holiday scheduled during our sales period. I'd like to make a shout out to Jake Kostrzewa who is part of the sales team. Jake followed up with an initial offer and was responsible for getting our final offer over the line. The teamwork and communication provided to us was at the highest level. We were never left wondering what was happening and they always responded to our calls or messages quickly. We were extremely happy with the outcome of the sale of our property getting the higher end of our asking price and it was only on the market for a few weeks.
