Brad is very responsive to any form of communication and made himself available when needed. He has a great handle on what the market is doing particularly in Sandhurst. We found he listened to exactly what we said and gave informative advice when asked and was very open and transparent with his information. Brad was determined in getting a good price for our home and we loved that he looked after the vendors interest . Open house was smooth sailing, and we loved that both Brad and Joni were there welcoming people with respect and friendliness to all.
