Brad was always courteous, punctual and an agent who knew his craft well. I was kept up to date with potential buyers at my Saturday open days which he followed up on Mondays. He worked very hard to secure a sale for me with a satisfactory settlement negotiated with all concerned. Brad became a friend to me and I would recommend those looking to sell have a chat with him.
