We generally hate dealing with real estate agents, so meeting Brad was wonderfully refreshing! He is kind, professional and competent without the usual sliminess and fakery. Very easy to work with and made purchasing our first investment property pretty much painless! Thank you so much Brad! If all agents were like you, we wouldn't be scared to answer private numbers ;-)
