Brad is a great communicator who took time to understand our needs, genuinely cared for our best.

Brad answered our calls and if unavailable called back as soon as available. He went the extra mile helping us get our property ready for sale giving us constant feedback to work we were having done as we were not local. Brad wanted the best outcome for us and knew the market and gave advice as requested and needed but always said it was “our call”. And respected our decisions and direction. Brad is very proactive and knows his buyers. We would use Brad again if ever buying or selling in the Sunny Coast and highly recommend him.
