Excellent Agent!!!

Brad sold our holiday unit, off market, after 1 viewing had a great contract above asking thanks to his negotiation skills unfortunately it fell through due to the buyer not Brad at all. Brad quickly had us another contract within a week. Very impressed how fast it all happened, screened buyers to not waste our time or his, communicated well through out the whole process, presents and knows the market well. I have personally recommended Brad numerous times as I run a holiday management business and pleased to have him sell my unit too just as quickly and for a record price for an upstairs unit.
