Read your contract very carefully, because I was misled by Brad. The charges were excessive, despite his promised discounts. Using the Open Agent sounded exciting, and was actually not too bad, but I didn't get the price I was told I should get, and set a low reserve, as suggested by Brad in order to get buyers, but it didn't rise as I was told it should. I wouldn't use Brad again.

I recently sold a property in Ashmore through Brad and team. At the first meeting we had, Brad said he could get me a record sales price within the townhouse complex and what did he do - well, he got the record sales price within the complex. The team worked hard to get it but they left no stone unturned and did exactly what they said they would do all the way to the end. These guys know their stuff. Answered the phone any hour of the day or night and made the whole experience hassle free and actually fun. They were well up for a laugh as well. It wasn’t just all the serious stuff. I can’t speak highly enough of these guys. They even sent us some personalised gifts after sale finalised also. Top bunch of people who know what they are doing.
