Great communication!

Navigating the ins and outs of a house purchase is never an easy task, especially in what is proving to be a rather challenging market (for numerous reasons). On that note, I only have positive things to say about both Brad Scott and Wayne at SMART Realty Chevron on the Gold Coast. The team have been more than accommodating at every turn and in my opinion, have gone above and beyond! Some particular standouts for me personally, have been Brad’s willingness to over communicate (a VERY good thing) on all levels/platforms, in addition to a seriously genuine approach to the sale process. In turn, ensuring a seamlessly smooth transition of ownership. My wife and I are absolutely wrapped with the end result and based on my experience, couldn’t recommend Brad/SMART realty highly enough!
