Read your contract very carefully, because I was misled by Brad. The charges were excessive, despite his promised discounts. Using the Open Agent sounded exciting, and was actually not too bad, but I didn't get the price I was told I should get, and set a low reserve, as suggested by Brad in order to get buyers, but it didn't rise as I was told it should. I wouldn't use Brad again.

We are sorry you had a bad experience Michael. It’s disappointing to read your review. All fees are clearly shown in the paperwork so there is never any surprises. Sellers always want more then the market value and we try extremely hard to achieve the most for every client. With our Unique method of sale and marketing you received over 33 groups of buyers in the first 30 min open home. We also set a new high price for the sale. Ray White had the property for 3-4 months before us and the highest offer from them was $580,000. We SOLD the property for $625,000 in 3 weeks? I appreciate you wanted more, but this was actually a great result for that property.
