I rang Brad Sissons at Coronis after our property had been listed with a different agent for 4 stressful months with one sale contract ( well below our asking price) that fell over on finance. From the beginning I was impressed by Brad’s professional and friendly manner, his vast experience and confident knowledge of the industry. He offered great advice on things we could do to improve presentation and he sold the property in 4 weeks for above our asking price. He kept us updated on inspection results and responded straight away to any communication from us at any time of the day or at times night. Nothing was too much trouble, he was always calm and upbeat, and an absolute delight to deal with. He never sounded rushed no matter how busy he was and always took the time for a friendly chat.
