Very up to date market knowledge, professional approach. We feel that we should have put a price on the property from the start. At times communication, especially with other fellow agents showing the property was lacking. eg. We'll talk soon but the follow up phone calls never came. During Melbourne Cup week, communication was very lacking. I had to call on Thursday to see if an open home was happening on Saturday and to get a time. We weren't hugely impressed overall.
