Brad guided us when selling our home, and helped us achieve a fantastic result. What really makes Brad stand out though, to us, is his willingness to assist when no obvious financial gain is in place. Put simply, he helped us greatly in our property journey both at the business end and also far before hand.

Brad is very transparent and a hard worker for both buyers and sellers. He is always a pleasure to work with and everything runs very seamlessly.

Brad was very knowledgeable about sales in our area, explaining all avenues/aspects well so we could decide the type of sale best for us. He worked hard to get a price we were very happy with, settling before we even went to auction.

Brad Sobott was highly recommended to us from friends as an Agent to sell our home. We called him the ‘House Whisperer’ as everything he did went seamlessly for us without any stress or bother. He also went out of his way to assist us with the purchase of our new property. Brad provides a service ‘above and beyond’ Thanks Brad Marg and Norm

Brad is very professional and easy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, and we appreciated his knowledge and experience negotiating the sale our home. Thanks Brad and the Taylors Team!

This is the second time Brad has sold a property for us. Brad is very professional; communication was always very prompt and informative; nothing was too much trouble for Brad and the team. Would definitely recommend Brad and the Taylors Team.

We have dealt with Brad with both buying and selling property, and in both cases he has been very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. His expertise meant he could explain the process clearly so we completely understood every step. Both experiences went very smoothly thanks to Brad and his amazing assistant Porsha. His market knowledge was spot on when selling our home, and did all the hard work for us regarding negotiating etc when both buying and selling.

Brad has looked after us with several property's and his professionalism is just top tier he has been wonderful to work with always there to answer any questions and goes above and beyond duty of care

I have been impressed by Brad with his depth of knowledge and skill with people for many years and past sales successes. When he joined Rob with ‘Taylors’ and got the backing of the professional team, it was a natural progression for me to follow. Top quality from start to sale. Thanks Brad.

Great communication. Always quick to sort out any problems. Easy to work with

Thank you for the Great advice and knowledge of the market . We were very pleased with our dealings with Brad and the Taylors team and felt well informed and confident through out the sale . In our experience, Whether buying or selling brad works hard to find a nice balance and all parties walk away with a win . Until next time thank you .

I have now sold 2 property's with Brad now and there is a reason I used him a second time, he is honest and reliable and nothing is ever a problem, easy communication. Just gets the job done with out the hassle.
