Brad was very direct and to the point when we purchased a house with him as the realtor. No need to try and read between the lines with this bloke, which, was exactly what we wanted during a property purchase.

Brad was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from A-Z. Moving away before the sale was stressful, however we could not of been in better hands. Brad assisted us with the various contractors we needed to maintain the property until the Auction date.

No doubt selling and buying at the same time is always challenging and course ours had to be extra fun but with Brads he was able to helps find solution for parties to be happy and get all resolved and happy to move into our new home

I'd recommend Brad if anyone is buying a home, He knows his job well Taylor's property specialist are very fortunate having him ,He is very professional and knowledgeable .He made buying our house a happy experience. But most he is a real nice bloke .
