We are very pleased that we chose Brad as our agent for the sale of our vacant land on Mandalay Road. We first discussed selling this property with Brad several years ago and even though he knew we had no intention of selling it at that stage Brad met us on site, treated us with respect and gave us his full attention and valuable advice. Over the intervening years Brad gave freely of his time. We spoke with him and he met us on site on several occasions even though he knew we were still not ready or able to offer the allotment for sale. We were so impressed by his integrity, openness, patience and honesty that we followed him when he moved to Taylor’s Property Specialists. Ours was a slightly unusual allotment and it required an agent who knew the allotment well and was able to explain its possibilities so when we were finally able to offer the allotment for sale we considered only Brad as our agent. During the marketing period Brad was persistent yet patient. He maintained a steady flow of enquiries and inspections and, at all times, we were kept informed of enquiries, visits, feedback and offers until we arrived at the conclusion. A deal is only a “good deal” if it is a good deal for both the buyer and seller. While Brad kept our interests at the centre of his mind we feel that he also was considerate towards the needs and situation of the final purchaser.
