Brad is a hard worker and although I am sure he wouldn't want to make a habit of it he negotiated this sale over the Christmas holidays. His words "John this is my job and I do what has to be done". He is genuinely a really nice guy who enjoys a laugh and stays calm. Having been around the Whitsundays 40 years and bought and sold a few properties I can highly recommend Brad to anyone buying or selling he is the real deal and will explain the facts...as they are...excellent knowledge and understanding of the local market conditions - call him first you won't regret it!
