When I met Brad for the first time, he was friendly and polite. After a quick look around, I had a few questions and Brad was able to answer these on the spot. I had a second viewing of the property and came armed with more questions, once again Brad was able to answer these in detail for me and ensured I had all the information I required. Even when making an offer and talking money I felt comfortable talking to Brad and it honestly felt like I was talking to a friend. Throughout the whole process Brads communication was excellent, nothing was ever a problem, and he was happy to help with any questions I had and any information I required. I had a building and pest inspection done on the property and again, no issues. My experience dealing with Brad was excellent. Buying a house should be more stressful but it never felt that way.
