When I contacted him to sell my house in Blair Athol, he soon visited the house, discussed work to be done before selling, explained me the fees/charges and briefed me about the selling process. He had already researched other sold & listed properties in the area & had also gone to the effort to ascertain the reason why the property sold either higher or lower than the value that he was placing on my property BUT at the same time, whilst having a 'base value', Brad also took into consideration the changes made to my property that other properties had not had have done to them, so it was not a simply: "Well, they had this & this done & you don't, so."
