Well Brad, you wanted a review ... I ignored your first request but more followed ... so, here it is! Brad who? I started off with Helen, who was lovely, engaging, understanding, friendly though, perhaps, a little inexperienced. Then I encountered 'John' (who I suspect is the business owner) - he really put me, my partner and my partner's son off-side in seconds; an amazing feat. His arrogance was palpable and his attitude to me offering to purchase the property in question was very nearly enough to make me walk away. Then, apparently, the deal was sealed with Brad (very reminiscent of Steven Bradbury, coming from behind to steal gold. I'm sorry, I don't even remember your face. But, while I'm here, I'd like to point out a couple of things. When going through the property we specifically asked which of the smoke detectors were hard-wired (in my understanding it is now illegal in South Australia to sell a property without a hard-wired smoke detector. Turns out none of them are wired in despite being told 'it's the one in the hall' (wrong). Then, by email, you assured me that you'd get the vendors to walk through the property with me following settlement to answer all the tricky questions such as 'what's that?' and 'how does that work?'. Well, that didn't happen either. So, whilst we got the house we wanted at a price we were prepared to pay the experience was more onerous than enjoyable.
