I highly recommend Todd Property if you are looking for an agent that knows the local area, is ethical in their approach and who communicates honestly and easily without the hyperbole of many city agents.

My opinion on the Real Estate Industry is that it is an overpriced largely unnecessary service. Beginning with that premise I will express my opinion on the Todd Property Agency and specifically Brad Todd.My information is that in the case of the property I purchased Brad Todd had to undertake a brief, to personally supervise the cleaning up and renovating the property. This was achieved to a very high standard, to achieve a good presentation with few flaws.My dealings with Brad were crisply efficient and professional.If there needs to be an agent in a property sale then they should be a good one.I found Brad to live up to his own PR and represented his clients and negotiate in good faith.

Brad and Todd Property made it really easy to sell my property. Very happy with the results, communication and overall experience. I would recommend and will use them in the future should i require assistance in the housing market again.
