I will start by saying that Brad got me a higher price than anyone else quoted and better than what I had hoped for but this isn't even the best part of what he did for us. Not even close. We encountered a very disorganised difficult vendor who constantly changed settlement dates and terms, very late deposit payment, and come settlement day, after 4 months, hadn't even applied for his finance , throwing my new purchase into absolute chaos. Through out, in an extremely stressful time, Brad took my calls immediately, and liaised with the vendor and his broker daily to keep the pressure on. When the valuations came in low, Brad made sure he met each valuer personally at the house to ensure they were made aware of every extra and feature the house had. This ensured the final valuation was where it needed to be making all the difference to the vendors final approval. Brad did all this AFTER he had been paid his commission. His level of service stepped up even higher if anything. I am under no illusion that this sale would not have happened without his incredible help and I would have been tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket if it were not for him. As a result, I have no hesitation in recommending him as your next agent. While he and his staff are great at securing the best price compared to the other agents in the area, Its what happens when things go wrong where he and his team really stand out.
