Brad was easy to deal with. The information pack after the initial inquiry the best I have seen in the industry. Brad is very busy, making optimal times for the client not always possible, especially after the contract was signed. The only negative I have, I was promised a key to my mail box that never arrived at settlement, however, I didn't chase this up either. I would happily deal with Brad again.
