Smooth and stressfree first home buying experience

Just moved into my first apartment sold by Brad. It was a breeze and very happy with the purchase. He was very professional and prompt and transparent through out the process. Takes away a lot of stress from the buying process. Is quite patient and on top of things and queries are answered very quickly. Seems to have a good team behind him in Josh, Courtney and Maya.
