Brad and Drew managed the negotiation and purchase process with integrity and fairness. There were no funny mind games or hard selling tactics - they let the property do the talking and were there to help buyers make an informed decision. They have communicated well and followed through on commitments. They have also assisted us post exchange with arrangements with the previous owners - they are not a 'do minimum' team and will go the extra mile to ensure everyone is happy. They have a well set up and professional office in the heart of Woolgoolga and their long history in the area shows in their excellent local knowledge. The only negative was a miscommunication over the removal and patching of wall hooks. We requested that this not be done to save the existing owners the hassle and us the torture of having to remount dozens of pictures. Unfortunately this message was not passed on, but given it was one part of a lot of communication and we probably should have double checked it was passed on, it wasn't enough to downgrade them from 5 stars.
