We looked at quite a few properties with Vision Property Sales and our enquiries were always met with a friendly and co operative response. During our times of looking for a property Brad, Drew and Alex were always helpful and communicative. It was nice to find a property that suited us after quite a bit of searching. We would highly recommend the team at Vision Property Sales.
Brad worked extremely hard to get the best possible prices for our house .. Hugh and I thank you .
A professional friendly service was provided by all . Regards Steve .
Brad did an excellent job of liaising between his vendor and us. This resulted in a quick sale that I believe left both parties pretty happy. He understood his vendors expectations and was very clear in communicating them to us and then helping us meet the market. Brad is also a very open and friendly person, a pleasure to deal with. I have little doubt that if we were to need an agent in the future he'd be front of the list of people we'd be talking to.
WOULD NOT USE ANYOTHER AGENT EITHER TO BUY OR SELL APROPERTY. SOLD MY HOUSE IN 5 DAYS, HOW GOOD IS THAT.
We had a couple of negative experiences with a couple of the other agencies. But we have nothing but praise for Brad and Drew. They are very considerate, polite and very easy to deal with. We can't recommend them high enough. Thank you and well done. Great service.
We can't thank Brad and the team at Vision Property Sales enough. They were always available & willing to answer all our questions. We were able to put our complete trust in Vision, and 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling.
Very happy with my purchase. Brad was very friendly with his approach of the sale. Would recommend him to sell my home.
Very professional & have recommended Brad Vines to friends & work colleagues if they need assistance in looking for property sales , or purchasing a Great Agent !
This is the third time we have used Brad Vines as our agent. We have at all times found him to be professional, friendly, realistic and honest. Always approachable Brad made the selling process seamless. Within two weeks we had a sale. His friendly personality make buyers and sellers alike feel very comfortable. Thanks once again Brad. Highly recommend!
