Brad did an excellent job of liaising between his vendor and us. This resulted in a quick sale that I believe left both parties pretty happy. He understood his vendors expectations and was very clear in communicating them to us and then helping us meet the market. Brad is also a very open and friendly person, a pleasure to deal with. I have little doubt that if we were to need an agent in the future he'd be front of the list of people we'd be talking to.
