It was a pleasure working with Brad, his communication skills are excellent & he followed up & worked tirelessly on all interested parties, enquiries & feedback. I was kept up to date every step of the way & Brad would answer any questions or concerns I might have & also offered good advice. The sale of my house ran smoothly & fairly stress free thanks to Brad and his team. Well done guys!
Brad Wilson was fantastic to work with, making the sale of our house quick and hassle-free. He was professional, thorough, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. His honest advice and reliable guidance gave us confidence throughout the process. I highly recommend Brad to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy real estate agent. Thank you for your excellent service Brad!
We chose Brad based on his professional achievements which are exceptional. Once we met Brad we knew we had made the right choice - he is very focused, professional and above all honest and straight talking. Our aim was to have a smooth, stress free sale and he achieved that in record time. He has an amazing team in Chloe, Tishauna and Keith. His photographer and his videographer were wonderful and Barbara the recommended stylist was exceptional. So we knew we could just trust the process. Thanks Brad and the Team.
Brad Wilson was our first choice to sell our beautiful first home. His reputation and success in the industry exceeded all our expectations. His down to earth personality and professionalism made it easy for us to go on this journey. Always keeping us informed and guiding us in the direction we wanted to go. I would highly reccommend Brad to any one who is looking for an agent who has an extraordinary work ethic and stron passion for his chosen proffession. He has also surrounded himself with a lovely competant team, who were all also amazing and easy to deal with. A big thank you to Brad and his team for making what can be an extremely stressful time an easy process and fantastic result.
Brad is very professional, knowledgeable and always available to discuss the sale. Great communication and negotiation skills.
I never usually give reviews.. but I have been so surprised by the level of support that I received throughout this sale. I received daily updates - some days multiple times, I was informed of every step, I had access to the team - never waiting more than 10 mins if I had any questions. I would highly highly recommend going with Brad if you are looking for an Agent. Brad has set a very very high expectations for my next agent. What a pity I can use him again for my purchase!
We have dealt with several real estates before, but none better than Brad and his team at Ray White. Thoroughly professional, all the small touch points that keep you informed, do what they say they are going to do, and just made the whole process easy from start to finish. Give them a go in selling your next property, you won’t be disappointed.
Selling our family home after 23 years we were quite nervous, but Brad and his team put together a beautiful marketing campaign, kept us up to date throughout the whole process and offered insightful advice and support. Would definitely recommend
Following the highly successful sale of my primary home in Upper Coomera earlier this year, I had no hesitation engaging Brad Wilson when listing my investment property in the same area. Again, an incredible result, the property selling within a few days of listing with a price that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Brad and his Team if you are looking for professionalism and transparency, not to mention a top result!
I engaged Brad and his team to sell my home, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Brad is extremely knowledgeable and also genuinely passionate about helping his clients. Their marketing strategy was exceptional with a special mention to Chloe, who organised everything from gardening, cleaning and photography to get my home ready for the market. Throughout the Auction process, Brad kept me informed and provided invaluable advice, making me feel confident every step of the way. What stood out the most was their unwavering support and commitment to getting a great result for my home. The whole team was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns, demonstrating a level of professionalism that is hard to find. Thanks to their expertise, my home sold at Auction for a great price, and the entire transaction went smoothly. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who will go above and beyond, look no further than the Brad Wilson team. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless and rewarding journey. I’m truly grateful for their hard work and dedication!
We have worked with Brad and his team both when buying and selling in Upper Coomera, and simply wouldn’t go with anyone else. Brad and his team know the market, know prospective buyers and sellers, and Brad quite literally works his ass off to get you the best price! The entire team take responsibility for the whole process, and make it feel like you can sit back and relax while Brad does the hard work for you. He is dedicated, tenacious, persistent, and genuinely the nicest guy I have ever met in real estate with no bullshit. Appreciate his honesty, transparency, and determination! Really appreciate the support and commitment Brad has shown, and have recommended him to friends who have failed to sell/buy with other agents. Also a big shout out to his team, who are all amazing, but a special mention to Chloe Russell, Tishauna Haynes and Lochie who have all worked so hard too! On the day we decided to sell, Brad came to our home and went through the entire process with total transparency, and planned our entire campaign with us. Apart from maintaining our house for open homes and photos, we quite literally didn’t have to do a thing! Highly recommend (and I never write reviews!!!)
