We couldn’t be happier with Brad and his team’s service. Throughout the process Brad’s communication was outstanding. He was always easy to reach, responsive, and clear, which made the whole experience stress-free. Would absolutely recommend Brad to anyone selling their home.
The whole team were always punctual, knowledgeable and good communicators. They gave advice on many aspects of presenting and selling the house. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. My house had a lot of termite damage and Brad recommended some excellent builders and others for repairs, termite barriers and future protection etc. I was still concerned the house wouldn’t sell or only receive a very low bid. I was pleasantly surprised when the house had a number of interested bidders and sold for a good price! Highly recommended.
Very good job have hard team work open every weekend , sold the price not l want but still happy what l get thanks Brad and your team

Brad and his team achieved a fantastic sale price in just a little over two weeks on the market. He and his team communicated almost daily on the progress and planned marketing strategies and always sought my thoughts and ideas for their proposals.
We have recently sold our second property with Brad and his team. We did not even consider a different agent the second time round. Brad and his team are always 'on' with all details and communication covered. Highly recommend.
Brad & his team were ALL quite outstanding in every phase of the sale. Not only that but the various people Brad recommended for those odd jobs to lift the value were also exceptional. I would highly recommend Ray White Upper Coomera .
