Even before meeting Brad I was impressed with the way he conducted himself. Professional in every way, very transparent and extremely easy to contact. Never once did he 'knock' the opposition, nor waste time talking himself up, he just explained in an easy to understand manner each step of the process. At possibly half my age, it was easy to see that he has a talent for communicating to anyone at any level, a big 'plus' to conduct his work.
