This is a tough industry and what sets apart someone you want to work with and someone you don't is honesty. I can confirm Brad and his team took a hard ask and some clear boundaries and excelled with an outcome we didn't always expect. Even before meeting Brad I was impressed with the way he conducted himself. Professional in every way, very transparent and extremely easy to contact. Never once did he 'knock' the opposition, nor waste time talking himself up, he just explained in an easy to understand manner each step of the process. At possibly half my age, it was easy to see that he has a talent for communicating to anyone at any level, a big 'plus' to conduct his work. Working with a team, Brad seems to just place himself within this team, showing respect for his peers. Yes, the sales result was a terrific achievement, but it was the whole process from before even choosing an agent that puts Brad head and shoulders above other agents that I either spoke to or met to discuss my needs.
