Brads appraisal was the lowest from 3 appraisals , but an honest one , he didn’t inflate the appraisal to try win us over ( many agents do this ) . When selling we need an honest agent . he called and kept us informed throughout the entire process ( almost too often 😂) All went smoothly, and he achieved a great result after many low ball offers prior to auction, We are happy to give Brad our next 2 properties to sell in coming months for this reason.
