Hi We had our home on the Market in “September 2021 We had offers very quickly these offers had been good But we changed our minds and took the property of the market, Brad wilson had done a great job keeping us informed and sending us info in writing on offers as they came through we give Brad a 5 Star rating here BUT we then marketed our home though Brad (think early Feb 2022 This time Brad achieved a better price we signed a contract at $575000.00 But in some ways we have been disappointed with the outcome As other properties such as the other duplex attached to ours sold in June for $61500 Other units in this complex also sold higher But the unit next to ours had had no improvements at all but sold for a lot larger price 1 we had put new marble look alike tile in ketches dining hallway and toilet along with a new toilet system the upstairs bathroom had already been modernised by the previous owner to us 2 Put split cycle air con in all rooms 3 put a 6 kw solar system on our roof 4/ Built a large I closed patio fitted with electric plinds. The grounds and Garden having also been upgraded To be fair we had told Brad our unit was not for sale unless we good lease it back for two years Brad did explain this would and would have an effect on the price we optioned However during this process Brad only phone giving verbose info on offers no written info was received Due to this we feel a 4 star is all we can give Regards W Greig & Maureen F Millar
