I can’t thank Brad and his team enough for the fantastic job they did getting us a life changing price for our home. From the moment we met Brad we knew he was the right person to handle the most important sale of our life. Brad and his team guided us through the process and took care of every aspect of the sale. Their hard work was the reason we got such a fantastic price. Could not recommend them highly enough.
Brad was tireless in his efforts in securing a great result for the sale of my property. We were thrown a large hurdle in the last hour but Brad was able to salvage it. We had decided to offload our investment property in Upper Coomera. Brad Wilson who was our agent, surpassed all our expectations. Being in another state did not hinder our experience & the sale went through better than expected. He kept us in loop in all communication and we couldn't have asked for a better price.
Brad was absolutely amazing to deal with from the very start. I contacted him directly after he had sold our neighbour's property. From the initial contact to do a sales appraisal to then implementing a plan for the sale of our home, everything was professional, transparent, well organized and his support team amazing! Brad kept in regular contact, which coming from a Sales & Customer Service background was so important for me. Not only was he professional and knowledgable but also a very caring and considerate. Brad's reputation for sales is well known in the Coomera Springs area and after our first initial meeting I knew he was the right person to sell our home - I wanted the best price possible and Brad, Cruz and Team went above and beyond my expectations! When you want the best result - you get the best in the business to ensure that happens. I cannot thank you enough Brad, Best Wishes Kim
