Brad was brilliant! Made the process super easy, was quick to respond to every query. Brad was keen, helpful, easy to talk too, took the time to explain the market and we knew he could help my family sell this property. Great service, understood the journey and we couldn’t have picked a better estate agent his experience was invaluable in the negotiation of exchange and completion dates and resulted in an arrangement which suited all parties. Would definitely recommend.

Selling a property interstate in a pandemic could be considered worrying and overwhelming for most people, but not once did we feel any stress because we had the most incredible unfaltering support. That support was Brad Wilson, our Real Estate agent who crucially supported us from the time we were ending the property lease and subsequently preparing the property for sale. Brad had access to a team of professional reliable trades people whom were so efficient and reasonable with price so we were able to present our home in the best light and potentially acquire the best possible price. Brad was a fantastic communicator, we never felt rushed during phone calls, was available at our beck and call, followed up in minimal time and we always felt everything was on track. To be honest , we are just so grateful and couldn’t be happier. Brad exceeded all our expectations and this was evidenced by his tenacity and the reflective sale price. We have no hesitation in letting prospective clients know that you are going to be in very good hands with Brad. You will feel like you are the only client in his portfolio and that he has your genuine interest at heart. That’s what makes a great Real Estate agent is someone who is authentic, genuine and on your side. When you have property it can be quite personal that’s why it’s so important to have someone you trust on your team. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much from the start to the finish as we cannot fault you on anything.

Exceptional communication & flexibility. Timely response & genuine realtor. Fantastic agent, not overbearing

We had a very positive experience dealing with Brad purchasing our first home. Being from Sydney and buying in Queensland he made the whole process very easy with constant communication at all times of the day. Brad guided us through the property virtually and met us at the property when we flew up to view the property. The service we have received since purchasing the property have been incredible! We have been offered a variety of services which is greatly appreciated!
