Bought recently from Brad here in Upper Coomera and sold with another agent back in Brissie. Agents work for their sellers as we know well but we found Brad very supportive to us as buyers too. We had some extra requests and he worked tirelessly to reduce stress for us as well as his sellers. I preferred communication via message as I am in poor health so often can’t take calls and he was happy to work the way we preferred and very considerate of the challenges we faced that were bad timing whilst buying a new home.
