Outstanding Agent!

Brad was there from the very beginning when my wife and I inspected the home. He and his partner Peter had cheese and wine during the inspection and we even joked with them about how it felt like it was already our home. Brad was very good and easy to work with. He communicated every detail from the time we put an offer for the home and was efficiently calling the owners and getting back to us helping to negotiate a great price. Even after the owners, my wife & I settled on the price, Brad continued to be helpful. He answered any questions or concerns we had. He let us inspect the home whenever we wanted to and was just very accomodating. Brad went above and beyond to make our purchasing of our home smooth and easy. Keep up the great work!
