Excellent communication skills, smooth sale process

The minute we've decided to sell our house, it was clear that we would engage Brad and his team. We bought our home 5 years ago with him and back then we really liked the way he was working with us. Not pushy, very professional, informative and just super genuine. Now from a Seller's perspective we can say that it has been an absolute pleasure to work with him again. Over those years, you can tell that Brad has improved his already great skills. Brad and his team are very responsive, working what feels like 24/7 to get the best deal for your home, are very helpful and organised with the paper work (building&pest, SDA, contract etc) and scheduling open homes. The communication with him and the team is absolutely excellent. Loved having the group chat. So easy to quickly ask questions or send voice messages. The structure of his team was clear from the beginning which is a key factor for great communication. We would engage Brad and his team over and over again. We cannot recommend them enough!
