I wanted to sell, but I didn't want the fuss with going on market. Brad was the only agent that was able to do that, and the the price that I wanted. Other agents wanted me to go on market even though I expressed my frustration in doing so. Brad has the name in the area and has an extensive mailing list that my requirements were met seamlessly. Couldn't recommend him and his team highly enough
