When we first contacted Braden to provide us a quote to sell our house, he came across to be like all other agents we had met prior. It was very apparent very quickly that he was not the average Agent. Let me take this time to explain. For his commission it would be minimal, but for us it was a huge amount and allowed us to purchase a better home. I could not speak highly enough about Braden, his methodology on selling houses and his integrity in doing. I would also make myself available to speak to any proposed clients to verify my enthusiasm and support for Braden as a true honest agent who has his clients interest first. If only other agents could ""drink"" what he offers.
