I found Brad to be highly professional at all times when negotiating the sale/ buying my new home.

Brad was able to inform me of the history of my home sharing local knowledge that I wasn't aware of. I felt secure and trusted what he was saying when negotiating the price we settled on. This whole process was a very smooth one though I was new at this he alleviated my concerns. He was very positive and encouraging at all times. I felt though he was working for the sellers he was very supportive to me as well.
