We appointed Brad to use his experience and local market knowledge so he could negotiate a good result in difficult negotiations with buyers. We had a slow difficult start on the first recommended offer where his support team did not follow up red flags with dud buyers and the buyer mortgage broker. Everything was much sharper for the following offer accepted, including necessary checks to ensure buyer capability.
