Brad goes the extra mile

We enlisted Brad to sell our much loved family home. From start to finish he was amazing. We had countless people advise us that Brad done an outstanding job with the marketing video, welcome home guide and front of house sign. Also the fact Brad doesn't present as the typical real estate agent only out to make a quick sale. People reported back to me that he was very approachable and lovely to deal with. Our neighbours advised that leading up to open homes that the signage and flags really made it stand out. Brad took the time to come through the home and advised of improvements he thought would help us get the maximum sale price for our home. We followed his recommendations and ended up with the highest sale price on our street to date. He communicated very well with us after every open home and the negotiation process. He worked really hard and got the sale price we were aiming for. Couldn't recommend Brad and his team highly enough. Brad from the start said we would get over 1 million for our home but we did have another highly known agent in the area come through and they said high 800's low 900's at best. Brad got us 1.1 million. You won't regret going with Brad.
