Bradley stepped in to assist with the sale of our property after a change of agency had occurred and when the initial expectations of what could be achieved by his agency were not being met. The property itself was unique and difficult to run any comparisons on. The value given by agents differed by $125,000. Bradley was able to communicate between the 2 selling parties who were not in alignment with their own expectations and provide some common ground with what to expect. He offered a number of strategies to get buyers through and keep offers coming in. Eventually an offer was made which was about $30,000 over any other offer to that point. The conditions of sale were difficult and required various negotiations to keep it live. Brad helped with all of those negotiations including an amendment to grant early access to the buyer in exchange for rent when the settlement date had to be pushed out for a final period. This was an extremely difficult sale and Brad did his best to keep it on an even keel throughout.
